These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TezVid (the "Service"), a website that helps you download publicly available videos and media from social platforms. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TezVid lets registered users fetch and save publicly accessible videos, reels, and similar media from third-party platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Threads) by submitting a public URL. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to verify your email address when required.

3. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibility for Content

You may only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have the legal right to download. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the source platform and with all applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

• Do not use the Service to infringe copyright or to download private, restricted, or paid content without permission.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit downloaded content without the rights to do so.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

TezVid is a neutral tool. We do not host the content you download, and we are not responsible for how you use it.

4. Free & Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of downloads per month and a paid "Pro" subscription with higher limits. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

• Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• Pricing is shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices may vary by region.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

All TezVid branding, design, and software are our property. Content downloaded through the Service belongs to its respective rights holders. If you believe content is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every URL will resolve, that downloads will always succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party platforms may change at any time and break compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TezVid and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of content downloaded through the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
